Insurance Information

The Liberation Place offers a number of different services, some of which may be covered by private insurance in your area. In order to confirm your coverage, the following is a list of personnel and their qualifications that may be covered under your current plan. Please be advised, due to liability reasons, individual Psychotherapy can only be provided in specific areas, contact us for more information. Should you not be covered by your personal insurance plan, there is also a list of private payment rates provided on this page.

Steven is trhe Primary Counsellor, Therapist, and coach at The Liberation Place. He is a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (CCAC) with the CACCF. He has extensive training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Brief Intervention Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Schema Therapy. As such, Steven is also well versed in both Harm Reduction and Abstinence based approaches to recovery.
