Our meetings are designed to support you in building the life you want to live by offering safe, structured, and engaging spaces for reflection, connection, and growth.
Each group has a unique focus and is facilitated by experienced leaders who bring both professional training and lived experience into the room. Together, they create an atmosphere of trust, compassion, and encouragement, where every participant has the opportunity to learn, share, and be supported.
Our Weekly Meetings
The Liberation Place offers weekly meetings that provide consistency, accountability, and connection on the path of recovery. Whether you are just starting out or looking to deepen your practice, these meetings are open to everyone and free of charge. Each week is a chance to practice new skills, reflect on your progress, and be part of a community that is committed to growth and values-based living.
The Monday Check-In
Start your week with clarity and direction. This group helps participants reflect on the weekend, process challenges, and set goals for the days ahead using values-based living as the guide.
Movies become the spark for recovery conversations. Each week, participants watch and discuss films through the lens of resilience, growth, and self-discovery. Facilitated by Aaron Richmond.
Thursday Comfort Zone
This group explores the edges of growth by challenging old patterns and gently moving beyond fear and avoidance. Facilitated by Aaron Richmond, the Comfort Zone offers a safe place to stretch and discover new possibilities.
The Chat Room
A drop-in style, open-format group running Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings. The Chat Room, facilitated by Steven Morris and cofacilitated by Aaron Richmond, provides a flexible space for participants to bring their struggles, share insights, and learn practical tools for managing addictive, compulsive, and obsessive behaviours.
Transforming Interpersonal Relationships
Healthy relationships are central to recovery. This weekly group, facilitated by Steven Morris and co-facilitated Nadia H, focuses on building respectful, values-based connections while breaking free from unhealthy patterns.
